At the same time, we're committed to responsible consumption and are happy when a return isn't necessary – that's why we work hard to provide product information that's as accurate as possible. If you do decide to return an item, please note the following return conditions.

Return Conditions

• You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
• The return must be registered with us at info@miamilou.com within this period. Please state the reason for the return so we can learn from it and continue to improve. Depending on the situation, the return will be shipped to a return address in Switzerland.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
• Returns that don't meet these requirements or weren't registered within the deadline unfortunately cannot be accepted.
• If items are lost during return shipping, no costs can be refunded. We strongly recommend using a tracking number for the return shipment. Any postal or customs fees incurred will not be covered.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Complaints
If you've received the wrong or a defective item, we're very sorry. Please email us at info@miamilou.com – we'll take care of your request quickly and without hassle.

Exchanges
A direct exchange currently isn't possible. If you'd like a different product, please send the original item back and place a new order.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following provisions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MIA MILOU, info@miamilou.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, and return the goods you wish to return.
